Licensed Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist – Opening Team Drybar Waco | Waco, Texas Full-time and part-time opportunities Drybar Waco is hiring licensed cosmetologists to join our first Waco opening team! We are looking for reliable, high-energy stylists who enjoy fast-paced styling work, great client service, and being part of a polished, team-first shop culture. Requirements

• Current Texas cosmetology license sufficient for the services performed
• Cosmetology students may apply, but a valid license is required before performing stylist services
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• Coachable, dependable, upbeat, and comfortable in a fast-paced shop
• Professional, polished appearance consistent with a premium beauty-service environment
• Must be available for one weekend shift per week
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment
• Ability to satisfy applicable background-check and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver Drybar styling services consistently, including blowouts, curls, waves, braids, updos, and finishing work
• Make each guest feel welcomed, heard, and confident before they leave the chair
• Educate guests on products, add-ons, and memberships
• Follow Drybar service standards, sanitation practices, and Waco shop procedures
• Keep your station, tools, shampoo area, and shared shop spaces clean and ready
• Work well with stylists, concierge/front desk, managers, and the Shop Educator
• Show up prepared, on time, and ready to contribute to a strong opening team
