Requirements
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Available to work all available shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Currently attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Sell retail products, braids, updos, extensions, and add-on services.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Be available to work all available shifts.
