About The Position
COME JOIN THE BEST BLOWOUT TEAM! Lets do some killer hair! With 400+ blowouts a week, there's unlimited opportunity. Whether you’ve been doing hair for years and are ready to maximize your income or a new hair stylist looking to build your skills fast, this is where you grow, thrive, and level up! This role offers $12–$25+/hr (hourly + commission + tips, with top performers earning $30+/hr). It focuses solely on blowouts, no cuts or color, allowing for concentration on speed, efficiency, and earnings. You will benefit from a consistent clientele, leading to predictable income and real growth, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will build confidence and a loyal client base as a successful hair stylist.
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology License (required)
- Passion for hair + people

- Deliver signature Drybar blowouts and styling with consistency and confidence
- Create a fun, welcoming, and elevated client experience
