Requirements
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment
- Consistently perform styles to Drybar’s standards following our Stylist Non-Negotiables
- Communicate well with clients and team members
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Able to contribute and work well in a team environment
- Open to learning and receiving feedback from clients and shop leaders

- Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are working
Nice To Haves
- We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
Responsibilities
- Perform client consultations
- Shampooing, blowdrying and styling a client’s hair following Drybar’s Non-Negotiables
- Client product education
- Recommend product, tools and memberships to clients
- Completing shop side work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, dishes and re-stocking product shelves
- Meet scheduling requirements
- Consistent performance of responsibilities
- Attend any mandatory shop meetings
