Requirements

A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong communication skills
A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment
Consistently perform styles to Drybar’s standards following our Stylist Non-Negotiables
Communicate well with clients and team members
Desire to provide outstanding customer service to clients
Able to contribute and work well in a team environment
Open to learning and receiving feedback from clients and shop leaders

Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are working

We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).

Responsibilities

Perform client consultations
Shampooing, blowdrying and styling a client’s hair following Drybar’s Non-Negotiables
Client product education
Recommend product, tools and memberships to clients
Completing shop side work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, dishes and re-stocking product shelves
Meet scheduling requirements
Consistent performance of responsibilities
Attend any mandatory shop meetings
