About The Position

Drybar is hiring in Rockwall, Texas, and is looking to grow its roster of talented professionals. They are seeking licensed cosmetologists who are interested in growing in the beauty industry and are looking for an environment that supports team mentality, encourages training and growth, and focuses on creating an elevated client experience. Drybar Allen is specifically seeking a hair stylist who is passionate about hair, interested in growing with the shop and regional footprint, and can give a killer blowout. Requirements

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state of Texas
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive and motivation
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Stylist make an average of $20.00-$30.00 per hour including Tips and Commission
