About The Position

Join the Drybar Team! We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists who are passionate about blowouts. At Drybar, we focus on one thing and strive to be the best at it: blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching. This is a high-volume shop with an established clientele, strong weekend demand, and excellent opportunities to build your books and maximize earnings.

Requirements

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
• Provide exceptional client experiences

• Saturdays required
• Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
• Provide exceptional client experiences.
• Build client books and maximize earnings.
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development.
