Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
• Cosmetology students are accepted (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Sell retail products, extensions, and add-on services.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a positive and dynamic team environment.
