Requirements

• Cosmetology license
• A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Looking for Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability only.

Nice To Haves

• Accepts applications from those attending cosmetology school.
• Complements full-service hair salon, barber shop, or spa environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform amazing blowouts on clients using the Drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Participate in shop duties, including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and general shop cleaning.
