About The Position

Join the Drybar Team! We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists who are passionate about blowouts, braids, updos, and extensions. At Drybar, we focus on blowouts and provide stylists with hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching to develop exceptional skills. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, ongoing education, commission opportunities, and growth potential in education and management. Full-time stylists are eligible for PTO and health insurance, while part-time positions are perfect for those balancing school or other clientele.

Requirements

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques.
• Provide exceptional client experiences.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Bring positive energy and professionalism.
• Current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.
• Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts, braids, updos, and extensions.
• Provide exceptional client experiences.
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development.
• Sell retail products, add-ons, extensions, and memberships.
