Requirements

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
• A desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive and motivation.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Applications are accepted from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on our clients!
• Provide an over the top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Perform side work including activities: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves.
• Connect and keep our stylists engaged through regular meetings.
