Requirements

A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
Strong blowout and styling skills with a passion for delivering beautiful results
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy salon environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail
Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs
Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals
Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations
Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment
Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times
Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces
Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards
Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols
