We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate who loves creating an amazing customer experience and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced beauty environment. Earn $15/hour PLUS commission — with no commission ceiling! Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, sales, or customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
• Motivated by sales goals and earning commission
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional, even under pressure
• A strong communicator and team player
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or similar experience preferred
• Must be comfortable standing/walking throughout a 6–8 hour shift

Nice To Haves

• Work in the beauty industry without needing a cosmetology license!

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and creating an exceptional check-in/check-out experience
• Answering phones and helping clients book appointments
• Educating clients about Drybar memberships, services, and products
• Keeping the front desk and retail area organized and guest-ready
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere for clients and coworkers
