Requirements
- Current and valid cosmetology license for the state of application.
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist (cosmetology students are accepted).
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Sell retail products, braids, updos, extensions, and add-on services.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
