About The Position

Join the Drybar Team! We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists who are passionate about blowouts, braids, updos, and extensions. At Drybar, we focus on blowouts and provide stylists with hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching to develop exceptional skills. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth in education and management. This is a high-volume shop with an established clientele and strong weekend demand, offering excellent opportunities to build your books and maximize earnings.

Requirements

• Passion for learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Bring positive energy and professionalism.
• Current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.
• Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply.
• Saturdays are required.
• Must be available for AM & PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts, braids, updos, and extensions.
• Provide exceptional client experiences.
• Build and maintain a client book.
