Requirements

• Cosmetology license
• A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Applications from those attending cosmetology school are also accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on clients using the drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Participate in Shop duties, including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and other general shop cleaning.
