Requirements

State-licensed Hair & Nail Technician with experience in a high-end spa or salon setting.
Strong expertise in performing classic manicures and pedicures, with a focus on delivering precision and quality.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and anticipate guest needs.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends, with a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
Professional, friendly demeanor with a passion for creating a memorable client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a curated range of hair & nail services, including classic manicures and pedicures, using top-quality products to ensure beautiful results and a relaxing client experience.
Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism, in line with state regulations and Forbes Five-Star criteria.
Offer personalized recommendations for at-home care products to enhance and prolong the benefits of treatments.
Stay informed on the latest trends and techniques in nail care to continually elevate the client experience.
Create a welcoming and serene atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
Develop genuine connections with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their individual needs.
Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and recommend suitable products to support their nail care routine.
Uphold the spa’s reputation for luxury and excellence through consistent, meticulous attention to detail in all services.
Communicate effectively with spa management and colleagues to coordinate schedules and accommodate client needs.
Collaborate with the broader spa team to ensure seamless operations and uphold our Five-Star standards.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to refine skills and remain at the forefront of luxury nail care
