About The Position
Drybar is seeking talented and motivated Cosmetologists/Hair Stylists to join our team. At Drybar, we focus on providing exceptional blowouts, braids, and updos. Requirements
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- A desire to provide exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Drive and motivation.
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
- Accepting applications from cosmetology students (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).
Responsibilities
- Perform ah-may-zing blowouts on clients.
- Provide an over-the-top client experience.
- Sell products, tools, and memberships.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory management, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product shelves.
- Participate in regular team meetings.
