About The Position

Be the face of Drybar Chestnut Hill! We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate who loves creating an amazing customer experience and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced beauty environment. Earn $15/hour PLUS commission — with no commission ceiling! Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, sales, or customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or similar experience preferred
• Must be comfortable standing/walking throughout a 6–8 hour shift
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
• Motivated by sales goals and earning commission
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional, even under pressure
• A strong communicator and team player

Nice To Haves

• Work in the beauty industry without needing a cosmetology license!

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and creating an exceptional check-in/check-out experience
• Answering phones and helping clients book appointments
• Educating clients about Drybar memberships, services, and products
• Keeping the front desk and retail area organized and guest-ready
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere for clients and coworkers
