Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist Educator / Trainer
About The Position
Drybar is seeking a hair stylist educator / trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout! As an educator / trainer leader in our amazing shop, will enjoy these perks: Pay ranges from $26.00 - $30.00 / hr including tips with potential for add-on commissions. Bonuses and additional commission available based on shop performance. Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services. Blowout, braid, and updo training that's paid. Opportunities to grow through management and additional expanded roles. Flexible schedules that are set.
Requirements
- Preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment.
- Current and valid state Cosmetology license.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven track record of stellar customer service.
- Ability to pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments.
- Ability to multi-task with ease.
