About The Position
Drybar Minnesota (Edina and Wayzata) is seeking a Hair Stylist Educator / Trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout. This role involves joining a fun and supportive team that enjoys learning from each other. As an educator/trainer leader in the shop, you will be responsible for training and development within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts OR 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Desire to provide exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Supportive team player.
- Proven track record of stellar customer service and sales.
