About The Position

StyleKorean is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of their upcoming Moida retail location in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Moida is a premier retail store brand fully owned and operated by StyleKorean, a global leader in K-beauty distribution. The Store Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for building a top-performing team and delivering world-class customer service. The role involves managing all aspects of store operations, from hiring and training staff to inventory management, expense control, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment. The position offers flexible hours, with weekend and holiday shifts required, and includes a comprehensive training program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred)
• Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
• Background Check: A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Please provide a minimum of three professional references, including at least one former supervisor or manager who can speak to your leadership, operational, and customer service experience.

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
• Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
• Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
• Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
• Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
• Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
