About The Position

The Cosmetics Counter Manager develops and supervises a team of highly productive Beauty Advisors who provide excellent service and sell the full assortment in store and online. The manager leads the team in building and maintaining client relationships, delivering outstanding service and product knowledge, and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. The role ensures Beauty Advisors are welcoming, friendly, and engaged, while keeping productivity high and putting customer needs first. The position also involves creating an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience; driving sales with in-store and online clients through effective use of technology; and participating in merchandising and operational requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of related experience.
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
