About The Position

The Cosmetic Tattoo Artist’s primary focus is on providing high-quality paramedical and aesthetic tattoo services to enhance clients’ confidence and well-being. The Cosmetic Tattoo Artist will have expertise in both restorative and cosmetic tattooing techniques, with a strong commitment to safety, artistry, and client care.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience and expertise in cosmetic tattooing, specifically in ombré powder brows, lip blush, lash line enhancement, and 3D nipple and areola restoration.
• Certification as an AAM or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to excellence in training.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform realistic areola/nipple tattooing for post-mastectomy patients.
• Camouflage scars from surgeries, injuries, or skin conditions using advanced micropigmentation techniques.
• Using aesthetic tattoo techniques, create natural-looking ombre brows tailored to individual facial features, apply lip blushing to enhance lip color, shape, and symmetry; and perform lash line enhancement for subtle definition and eye framing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines, including sterilization protocols.
• Share expertise and passion for the craft by training and mentoring aspiring artists as a certified AAM Platinum Trainer.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients and team members alike.
• Maintain licensure and certifications as required by state and local laws.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education.
