About The Position

We’re looking for Cosmetic Repair Inspectors with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience to join us at Carvana. As a Cosmetic Repair Inspector, you’ll be expected to inspect vehicles to identify any body and paint repairs needed. Duties may also include prepping vehicles for paint, sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
