The Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will focus exclusively on cosmetic dermatology services, providing consultative and procedural expertise in aesthetic injectables, skin-rejuvenation treatments, and cosmetic skin-care planning, while collaborating closely with the clinical team to deliver seamless, high-touch patient experiences, all supported by a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

Experience working in a cosmetic-focused dermatology or aesthetic environment.
Strong background in injectables, laser or energy-based devices, and non-surgical facial-rejuvenation treatments.
Strong skills in patient education.
Proven ability to manage a busy cosmetic patient panel efficiently.
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in California.
Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Providing consultative and procedural expertise in aesthetic injectables, skin-rejuvenation treatments, and cosmetic skin-care planning.
Collaborating closely with the clinical team to deliver seamless, high-touch patient experiences.
Explaining cosmetic treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
Guiding patients through personalized aesthetic-skin-care regimens.
Managing a busy cosmetic patient panel efficiently, including documentation, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction and safety.
Conducting cosmetic consults.
Providing body-contouring or skin-tightening adjuncts.
Integrating minimally invasive aesthetic procedures into long-term treatment plans.
