A premier, established vein practice in coastal San Diego is seeking a talented Cosmetic Dermatologist to join their growing team and lead their new Division of Cosmetic Dermatology. This is a unique opportunity for a dermatologist who enjoys cosmetic procedures, laser medicine, and patient-centered care, but wants the flexibility to practice on their own schedule without the administrative burden and overhead of running a private practice. Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice, transition away from full-time clinical work, or build a thriving cosmetic practice with greater flexibility, we can help you achieve your goals. The practice is particularly interested in physicians who enjoy performing advanced cosmetic laser and skin rejuvenation procedures. Current treatment offerings include Erbium laser skin resurfacing, IPL photorejuvenation, Q-Switched laser treatments, Vascular laser treatments for facial redness, telangiectasias, and benign vascular lesions, SkinPen® microneedling, Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, Pigment correction treatments, Acne scar treatments, and Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging procedures. Physicians interested in expanding services and helping shape the future growth of the cosmetic division are welcome. While this opportunity is primarily focused on cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine, the practice recognizes that many dermatologists enjoy maintaining a blend of cosmetic and medical dermatology services. This unique model allows physicians to maintain clinical variety through selected medical dermatology services and customize their patient mix to align with their professional interests and career goals. The practice has the infrastructure and ability to participate with insurance plans, providing the flexibility to incorporate selected medical dermatology services into their practice if desired. Physicians will have discretion regarding which medical dermatologic conditions and insurance-based procedures they choose to evaluate and treat, while maintaining a predominantly cosmetic-focused schedule.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
- California medical license in good standing
- Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

- Experience with cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cosmetic laser and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Conduct pigment correction treatments and acne scar treatments.
- Perform skin rejuvenation and anti-aging procedures.
- Expand services and help shape the future growth of the cosmetic division.
- Incorporate selected medical dermatology services into practice if desired.
- Evaluate and treat selected medical dermatologic conditions and insurance-based procedures.
