A premier, established vein practice in coastal San Diego is seeking a talented Cosmetic Dermatologist to join their growing team and lead their new Division of Cosmetic Dermatology. This is a unique opportunity for a dermatologist who enjoys cosmetic procedures, laser medicine, and patient-centered care, but wants the flexibility to practice on their own schedule without the administrative burden and overhead of running a private practice. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing practice as little as one full day per week or two half-days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as desired. The practice provides an established referral network, patient base, dedicated marketing support, and experienced clinical and administrative staff, eliminating startup costs, staffing concerns, or management responsibilities. Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
- California medical license in good standing
- Experience with cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures preferred
- Strong commitment to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

Responsibilities
- Lead the new Division of Cosmetic Dermatology.
- Perform advanced cosmetic laser and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Provide neuromodulators and dermal filler treatments.
- Conduct pigment correction and acne scar treatments.
- Offer skin rejuvenation and anti-aging procedures.
- Expand services and help shape the future growth of the cosmetic division.
- Incorporate selected medical dermatology services if desired.
- Evaluate and treat selected medical dermatologic conditions and insurance-based procedures if desired.
