About The Position

Bensonhurst Dental is seeking a cosmetic dental associate to join their team. This role involves working with patients, including a high-touch VIP clientele, requiring both excellent clinical results and a polished patient experience. It is a clinical role with a public-facing aspect, as the practice actively develops media and content around its doctors and will do the same for the associate to help grow their patient base and reputation.

Requirements

• At least five years of clinical experience since dental school.
• Demonstrated cosmetic work experience, including veneers, smile makeovers, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in case planning for cosmetic dental procedures.
• Comfortable with demanding patients and the discretion required for treating them.
• Comfortable on camera and in front of an audience.
• Willingness to be part of media and content creation for practice growth.
• Provide five before-and-after cases with photos and descriptions (patient goal, treatment plan, result).
• Provide Instagram handle.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent clinical results for patients, including a high-touch VIP clientele.
• Deliver a polished patient experience.
• Actively participate in media and content development for the practice, including social media and press.
• Grow personal patient base and reputation through practice support.
• Treat demanding patients with discretion.
• Be comfortable on camera and in front of an audience for press, social media, and content creation.
