About The Position

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Correspondent Banking Specialist to join their Technology Center in Midvale. This role will provide customer service and sales support to the Correspondent Banking Department, prepare and review documents for new relationships and product setups, coordinate with various bank departments, update Salesforce, assist with project management, and handle account operations and customer inquiries. Requirements

• A minimum High School diploma and 2+ years of banking or directly related experience.
• Full use and application of standard banking principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Working knowledge of banking products, procedures, and services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Treasury Management (TM) products and docs preferred.
• Accounting, PC skills, customer service skills, and knowledge of banking applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, and sales support to the Correspondent Banking Department.
• Prepare and review documents for opening new Correspondent relationships.
• Prepare documents for a set-up process for a products and services.
• Coordinate with various bank departments to ensure timely and proper setup for products and services.
• Make updates in Salesforce for new and deleted products and maintain the status of the opportunities.
• Assist with project management for implementation of new services/products.
• Know how to open and close accounts in Bancs including DDA’s, FF Sweeps, CD’s and Money Market accounts.
• Assist customer with research, account adjustments/corrections.
