About The Position

This position is for a Corrector (CUPE) for the course POL3370, Qualitative Analysis in Political Science, during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves marking papers and exams, and the student must meet deadlines set by the supervisor. The work will be delivered in a distance teaching format, but may change due to health measures. Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus if requested. All University of Ottawa employees must complete mandatory legislated training. The hiring process is governed by the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.
Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
If invited to continue the selection process, notify of any particular adaptive measures required.
The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
