About The Position
This position is for a Corrector for the course FRA2520, Section B, titled 'Éviter les pièges de la langue'. The role involves correcting assignments, tests, mid-term exams, and/or final exams. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at a lower rate, while graduate students will receive a higher rate. These rates do not include vacation or statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. The language of work is French.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student status (graduate students receive a higher hourly rate).
- Proficiency in French.
- Ability to complete mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
- Understanding of the CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
