About The Position

RTX Global Ethics & Compliance has an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Manager, Corrective Action Lead to help build out the realigned Risk Assessments and Monitoring function. This position will report to the Associate Director of Analytics & Corrective Actions within Global Ethics and Compliance. The Corrective Action lead is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of corrective actions arising from audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and internal findings. This role ensures issues are documented, investigated, remediated, and closed within established timelines and in alignment with regulatory, policy, and audit requirements. The lead acts as the central liaison between RTX GEC and business stakeholders, driving timely resolution and maintaining strong documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years experience.
  • Experience working within a compliance or audit function, familiarity with regulatory compliance and assessments
  • Experience managing the closure of corrective actions
  • Experience with root cause analysis
  • Previous experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the corrective action management process, ensuring consistency and quality across RTX.
  • Intake, log, and triage compliance issues or findings based on severity, risk level, and required response time.
  • Facilitate or coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) with subject matter experts to ensure credible and complete identification of underlying issues
  • Work with action owners to develop effective, measurable corrective and preventive actions that address root causes and meet compliance expectations
  • Track and monitor progress of all corrective actions, proactively identifying delays and escalating as needed to ensure on‑time closure.
  • Review closure evidence for completeness and accuracy; ensure documentation meets audit, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
  • Maintain the corrective action system of record, ensuring data accuracy, version control, and a defensible audit trail
  • Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for GEC leadership, business stakeholders, and auditors.
  • Identify trends and recurring themes across findings to support continuous improvement and risk‑mitigation efforts.
  • Support internal and external audits by supplying required corrective documentation and status updates.
  • Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on corrective action procedures, expectations, templates, and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving corrective action related policies, procedures, and workflows.
