We are seeking a qualified Corrections Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, & Instructor-Led Training Revision Support project. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, or Emergency Management).
• State- or agency-certified corrections academy training.
• 7+ years of experience in core-listed subjects, including: Recent in-field corrections experience, The development of occupational subject matter content, Quality control of deliverables

Responsibilities

• Apply real-world corrections expertise to guide occupational subject matter content development
• Review courseware for operational accuracy
• Ensure quality control across all instructional deliverables
