About The Position

Each resident is assigned a Correctional Care and Treatment Worker (CCTW, Case Manager) who serves as the primary case manager for their case plan. The position works with an interdisciplinary unit management team comprised of security, behavioral health, and other specialized staff, which assists each resident in developing a case management plan and provides coaching to residents in support of their institutional adjustment and other needs. The position also offers non-clinical individual and group programming to residents in various domains, such as domestic violence, cognitive behavioral programs, and pro-social communication.
