The Corporate Vice President (CVP), Data Exchange & Customer Data Services is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of EDI and data exchange operations supporting benefits administration and carrier connectivity. This role oversees inbound and outbound EDI implementations, as well as ongoing production support, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data exchange between benefits administration platforms, carriers, clients, and third-party vendors. This leader will manage multiple managers and their respective teams, with oversight across inbound EDI (benefits administration to carrier implementations), outbound EDI (carrier to client or benefits administration platforms), and EDI production support. The CVP will drive operational excellence at scale, ensuring consistency, standardization, and high-quality delivery across all functions. In close partnership with Information Technology (IT) and the Project Management Office (PMO), this role will help define, prioritize, and deliver internal technology enhancements, integration capabilities, and scalable solutions that improve data exchange performance and client outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EDI, proprietary data exchange formats, and carrier connectivity, along with demonstrated success leading leaders and influencing cross-functional partners. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, minimizing disruption, and delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience across implementation and ongoing service.
