About The Position

Corporate Traveller is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Travel Consultant to join their team in Montreal. This role involves providing high-end service to clients, managing their business travel needs, and contributing to a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in travel consulting, a strong ambition, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Corporate Traveller is a high-performing brand within Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), focused on dominating the SME market by simplifying and accelerating business travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing business travel for professional clients, including flight, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings, with precision and professionalism.
  • Adhere to company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members by assisting other consultants as needed with all client service-related tasks.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships.
  • Find solutions for travel-related issues that clients may present.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
