This position will aid in the coordination of work-related travel for current and prospective employees. Requirements

• Two years of administrative working experience.
• High School Diploma, or other equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of transportation related experience.
• One year of travel coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrange all travel and accommodations for new hire employees to coincide with orientations (travel arrangements can include flights, hotel, bus, Amtrak, uber and/or taxi).
• Coordinate all business related travel for current employees in scope.
• Ensure employees and new hires have all necessary logistics and materials for planned travel.
• Reconcile travel credit card statement.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
