The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously enhancing end-to-end training programs for Supreme Dumplings’ existing locations and new store openings, with a strong focus on Front of House (FOH) operations and service delivery. This role works closely with General Managers and District Managers to evaluate FOH performance against company standards, identify areas for improvement, and help implement solutions that drive consistency, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. The trainer reviews workflows, pinpoints inefficiencies, and develops practical, results-driven action plans to optimize operations. Reports to Corporate Training Manager
