About The Position

goFLUENT is hiring a Corporate Thai Language Trainer to deliver online language instruction to business professionals from leading companies worldwide. Lessons are conducted live in one-on-one and small-group settings using the company’s established teaching methodology. The trainer creates an engaging, interactive, and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages learner participation. This is a fully remote freelance position with a flexible 30-hour workweek. The trainer must be willing to work according to Beijing Time (BJT); weekend work is optional. A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection are required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written Thai.
Comfortable teaching via video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
For Intel computers: Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and above.
For Mac computers: MacBook Pro with M1 chip or MacBook Air with M1 chip.
At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
Willingness to work according to Beijing Time (BJT).

Nice To Haves

Experience teaching or training adults is preferred.
Corporate or professional experience is an advantage.
