About The Position

Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join its growing tax department. The role manages the Company’s quarterly income tax reporting process, supports outsourced income tax compliance and year-end tax provision activities, and serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external tax advisors. It offers exposure to acquisitions, legal entity restructurings, tax accounting, and multinational operations within a fast-growing organization. The position is full-time and hybrid, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Requirements

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of ASC 740.
Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain quarterly effective tax rate analyses and income tax provision calculations for interim financial reporting.
Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to obtain information for quarterly tax reporting.
Analyze significant book-to-tax adjustments, permanent items, and discrete tax items affecting quarterly tax provisions.
Assist with tax-related financial statement disclosures.
Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Monitor tax law developments and assess their impact on tax reporting and financial statements.
Manage and coordinate information requests from external advisors for federal, state, and local income tax compliance.
Serve as the primary internal coordinator for annual income tax return and year-end tax provision workstreams performed by external advisors.
Review tax deliverables prepared by external advisors, including tax returns, estimated tax calculations, and supporting analyses.
Track tax filing deadlines, extensions, estimated tax payments, and compliance obligations.
Coordinate responses to federal and state tax notices and audits.
Serve as a primary point of contact for external tax advisors, including RSM and other service providers.
Coordinate and manage PBC requests across Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business teams.
Monitor deliverables, timelines, and project status to support timely completion of tax compliance and reporting requirements.
Maintain tax calendars, process documentation, and internal controls.
Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, reporting, and data collection.
Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and legal entity restructurings.
Support state tax nexus reviews and business expansion initiatives.
Participate in special tax projects, process improvements, and tax technology initiatives.
