About The Position

Orenda is looking to hire a Corporate Technology Admin to join our Corporate Technology Division. This individual will take operational ownership of Orenda’s day-to-day technology administration, proactively identify opportunities for new technologies and trainings, help develop and improve custom SaaS applications, and raise the organization’s security posture through consistent processes and strong documentation. This role will work closely with teams across the company to resolve issues quickly, maintain reliable access and configurations, and identify improvements that reduce friction for employees.

Requirements

  • 1+ years working on business-critical platforms, including Salesforce, ERP systems, or other low-code applications
  • 1+ years of experience administering SaaS applications, IT systems, and/or endpoint/device management in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
  • Experience working with ticketing processes, SLAs, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across identity/access, SaaS configuration, and end-user devices
  • Familiarity with modern IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, SCIM, role-based access)
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills
  • Bias toward preventative controls instead of one-off fixes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining work quality and throughput
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering endpoint management and security tooling (e.g., MDM, EDR)
  • Past work drafting and/or maintaining security policies

Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Orenda’s Salesforce, construction management, and ERP system features (from scratch and through iterative improvements).
  • Administer Orenda’s SaaS applications end-to-end, including access lifecycle (provisioning and deprovisioning), license and billing management, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Administer company devices, including provisioning, device management tooling, endpoint security posture, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Enforce cybersecurity policies and general best practices through configuration standards, periodic reviews, and clear employee guidance.
  • Identify, propose, and execute improvements to configurations, workflows, and automations that improve reliability, security, and employee efficiency.
  • Build and operate a lightweight internal ticketing workflow for access changes, SaaS and device support, and routine requests. Track and improve response times.
  • Create and maintain IT guidelines, runbooks, and internal training documentation. Provide user enablement for common tools and processes.
  • Monitor usage, costs, and key operational metrics (ticket response, onboarding accuracy, compliance checks). Surface trends and propose improvements.
