About The Position

Revere Plastics Systems is seeking a hands-on Corporate Supply Chain Manager to strengthen supply chain execution across its manufacturing network. The role connects supply chain strategy with plant operations, improving material flow, inventory performance, production planning, and order fulfillment while developing supply chain team members at plant locations. The position has no direct reports but provides functional leadership and coaching to approximately 20 plant-based supply chain team members. The manager will identify execution gaps, resolve material and scheduling challenges, establish consistent operating practices and leader standard work, and help plant teams adopt disciplined, repeatable processes. The role works with team members at all levels, including plant supply chain staff, plant leaders, and functional partners, and supports customer delivery, operational performance, inventory productivity, and supply chain capability development. The work arrangement is remote, with a preference for candidates located near a Revere Plastics Systems facility. Travel to plant locations is required, particularly during onboarding and when hands-on support is needed. The role reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain, Planning & Procurement and requires flexibility to respond to critical business needs outside standard working hours, including occasional weekends.
