About The Position

We are seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of structural systems across a variety of projects. This role includes assisting with structural calculations, developing design drawings and models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout all phases of design. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to maintaining high-quality technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET EAC-accredited program
• 0–3+ years of structural engineering experience, including exposure to complex facilities

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro or equivalent) preferred
• Department of Energy (DOE) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for concrete and steel systems
• Prepare structural calculations
• Prepare drawings
• Prepare specifications
• Prepare technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support within assigned areas of competence
• Collaborate with Architects

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Review shop drawings
• Review submittals
• Review RFIs
• Conduct site visits to observe construction
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Local codes
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with State codes
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with National building codes
