Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead development of high-impact, high-visibility strategic projects from planning through execution, aligning with enterprise strategic objectives and measurable outcomes. Structure and drive the programmatic implementation of the annual and multi-year strategic planning programs, ensuring alignment and engagement with stakeholders across the bank. Support quarterly strategic initiative progress reporting and production of quarterly dashboards including collection of data and providing qualitative commentary. Partner with business line leaders on developing, articulating, and monitoring business/strategic plans, including competitive/market assessment and cataloging capability and enablement needs. Track/collect month-to-month metrics related strategic and business plans, in partnership with Data & Analytics, Finance, etc. Prepare clear, concise, and impactful formal communications, including management presentations, briefing memos, talking points, etc. that articulate strategic objectives for executive-level audiences. Develop strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners across the company to deliver on strategic initiatives.
