About The Position

As a Corporate Strategy Associate at Cargill, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Strategy team, working with senior leadership to develop actionable strategy and execute transformative initiatives for various Cargill businesses. The role requires problem-solving and thought leadership, communication and stakeholder management, and project and workstream management skills. The position is based in Wayzata, Minnesota, and requires onsite work four days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university, with academic excellence, or equivalent experience.
Pursuing an MBA or relevant Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date in May 2027.
Experience in strategy development across growth and transformation topics.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and corporate finance.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Ability to work onsite four days a week in Wayzata, Minnesota.

Nice To Haves

Two to three or more years of experience at top-tier consulting firms and a strong performance track record.
Experience in the agricultural, food, or commodities sectors.
Ability to travel, potentially up to 20%, depending on project needs.
