Requirements

• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be able to work independently and take responsibility for own work

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in a general accounting or bookkeeping role preferred
• Preference will be given to someone with an accounting degree

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple store locations
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Research and respond to regional sales director’s questions
• File business license/sales tax/and other associated returns
• Assist with annual corporate audit and other audits as needed
