About The Position

goFLUENT is seeking a Corporate Slovak and English Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries develop communication skills. The role delivers live online language instruction to professionals at international companies, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts. Lessons take place in one-on-one and small-group settings and use the company’s established teaching methodology. The trainer also evaluates Slovak proficiency and speaking tests and fosters an interactive, supportive virtual learning environment. This is a fully remote freelance role with a 30-hour workweek, a flexible schedule, and a preferred daytime teaching schedule aligned with the LatAm timezone. Weekends are optional.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written Slovak and English.
Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or Mac running Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
Intel processor: Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and up; or MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB free disk space.
High-speed internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.

Nice To Haves

Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
