About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our Corporate Services team to support year‑round ground maintenance, snow removal, and general property care. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is comfortable with physical work and varying seasonal duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a plow truck is an asset but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform snow removal and storm cleanup as required.
- Sand and salt walkways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safety.
- Repair lawn damage caused by winter plowing.
- Remove gravel from lawns and clear sand from parking lots and surrounding areas.
- Complete all yardwork and grounds maintenance, including: Lawn mowing, Whipper snipping/trimming, Hedge and shrub trimming.
- Assist with general building and grounds upkeep as needed.
- Support the Corporate Maintenance team with repairs or special projects during slower periods.
