The Corporate Security Investigator conducts highly sensitive and some complex internal and external investigations in support of protecting both company assets and employee safety. The individual is responsible for identifying security breaches, risk assessments and incidents within the company. The investigator will have the decision-making authority on the strategies and processes used during the course of these investigations. The individual works with the company management, Safety and Asset Protection Operations team, human resources, law enforcement, security guards and others for the purpose of investigating and reducing security threats, fraud, workplace violence and other criminal activity. Maintain a high-level of safety for various corporate and executive personnel. This role utilizes various physical and electronic monitoring, security equipment, and data to identify trends and patterns impacting safety and protecting physical security. Responsible for acting as a liaison for safety, asset protection and key stakeholders to increase awareness of security opportunities and provide recommendations to maintain a high level of security. Completes security assessments for various business events in a variety of locations and provides strategic plans in partnership with applicable teams. This role will manage risk and compliance as well as foster collaboration and partnership with internal and external partners to support business operations. The individual for this role must be accountable for their work, operate with a sense of urgency, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have strong interpersonal skills to partner with various individuals across the organization.
